Processing instructions:
Subsurfaces must be dry, stable and free from adhesion-reducing substances and must be prepared accordingly. Before applying the KEMPEROL ^® 1K-PUR waterproofing, prime with KEMPERTEC ^® Primer according to the primer recommendation. Sealing only at substrate and ambient temperatures of +5°C. When installed, the surface temperature must be 3 K above the dew point. If the dew point is not reached, a film of moisture with a separating effect can form on the surface to be treated (DIN 4108-5 Tab. 1). Apply approx. 2/3 of the KEMPEROL ^® 1K-PUR sealing. Roll in the KEMPEROL ^® 165 fleece and work on with a paint/glaze roller without bubbles, overlapping by 5 cm. Soak approx. 1/3 of KEMPEROL ^® 1K-PUR Waterproofing onto the still liquid template until completely saturated. Connections to door and window elements etc. with a height of Create 15 cm (from the top edge of the covering) with an overlap of at least 5 cm. Make connections to the surface sealing with at least 10 cm overlap. Create connections and transitions to third-party products with an overlap of at least 10 cm.
