Processing instructions:
Substrates must be dry, stable and free of adhesion-reducing substances and must be prepared accordingly. Before applying the KEMPEROL ^® 1K-PUR waterproofing, prime with KEMPERTEC ^® primer according to the priming recommendation. Seal only at subsurface and ambient temperatures of +5°C. During execution, the surface temperature must be 3 K above the dew point. If the dew point falls below the dew point, a separating film of moisture can form on the surface to be processed (DIN 4108-5 Tab. 1). Apply approx. 2/3 of the KEMPEROL ^® 1K-PUR sealing. Roll up the KEMPEROL ^® 165 fleece and work it with a 5 cm overlap using a paint/glaze roller so that there are no bubbles. Add approx. 1/3 of KEMPEROL ^® 1K-PUR waterproofing to the still liquid template until it is completely saturated. Connections to door and window elements etc. with a height of 15 cm (from the top edge of the covering) with at least 5 cm overlap. Make connections to the surface sealing with a minimum overlap of 10 cm. Create connections and transitions to third-party products with an overlap of at least 10 cm.
