Tacolit Flex 2K, gray, 300g, 1 piece
Main features short:
Controlled curing under almost all conditions
Particularly high force absorption
Seamless bonding possible
Application areas:
For a wide range of bonding and jointing in the construction and metal industries; for large-area bonding without the addition of humidity; also suitable for dynamically stressed, vibrating constructions; Expansion joints and tension-free bonds between many materials; Bonding under water
Hints:
Further information at www.bti.de/klebeberater
Processing instructions:
The adhesive surfaces must be clean, stable and free of grease and dust. Discard the first 5 cm of adhesive from the static mixer. On damp surfaces or under water, the surface may need to be sanded and cleaned. When pressing different materials, maintain an adhesive gap of at least 2 - 3 mm. Materials with the same temperature expansion can be pressed seamlessly. If necessary, additionally secure or clamp the materials to be bonded mechanically. When grouting, smooth the joints with BTI smoothing agent before the skin forms. Before each application, carry out individual preliminary tests on the adhesion and load-bearing capacity of the bond. The 18:1 cartridge gun is recommended for processing. Cartridge nozzle is not located in the center of the cartridge. Therefore, closed guns with a central opening are not suitable for dispensing.
Characteristics:
Excellent adhesion to all surfaces commonly found in construction such as metals, plastics and hardwoods
Cures within one hour without humidity
Underwater bonding possible with slightly reduced adhesion
Permanently elastic, tension-balancing, UV, moisture, water, weather and chlorine resistant
Free from solvents, isocyanates and silicone
Non-corrosive in combination with metals
No adhesion to bitumen, PE, PP, PTFE or silicones
