4F flat roof adhesive foam, 800 ml, 12 KTU

Main features short:
System-tested wind load resistance based on ETAG 006
Solvent-free, does not attack polystyrene
High resistance to aging

Application areas:
1K adhesive foam for the wind suction-proof bonding of thermal insulation panels and fleece-laminated roofing membranes in flat roof areas. The 4F flat roof adhesive foam does not attack polystyrene and can therefore be used to bond both polystyrene and mineral thermal insulation panels.

Hints:
Unsuitable for applications under water and for filling larger, closed cavities without entry of atmospheric moisture or joints larger than 4 cm. Foam does not stick to materials such as PE, PP, TPO or FPO films, silicone, Teflon, grease or similar. The use of adhesive foams as the sole type of fastening is only permitted for buildings up to a height of 25 meters. If in doubt, a structural engineer should be consulted.

Processing instructions:
The substrate test must be carried out in accordance with the guidelines of the relevant regulations. The surface must be stable, dry, clean, firm and level. In strong winds, care must be taken to ensure that the lightweight 4F flat roof adhesive foam cannot contaminate surrounding objects, components or people.
Screw the can firmly onto the gun thread and shake vigorously about 20 times with the gun pointing downwards. Shake repeatedly during longer breaks. Use the adjusting screw to set the desired foam flow or adhesive application. When applying, hold the gun as vertically as possible; a distance of 1 – 2 cm must be maintained between the gun nozzle and the surface. Depending on the temperature and humidity, insert the insulation board or press on the roofing membrane within approx. 8 minutes. Repositioning the insulation panels or unrolling the roofing membranes must be avoided as the adhesive structure is destroyed and the adhesive strength is greatly reduced. In strong winds, the panels must be secured with suitable weighting.
Only walk on the bonded insulation materials or roofing membranes after they have completely hardened. The adhesive strands must always be applied to the top chords of trapezoidal steel roofs.
Processing is carried out using the assembly gun 80 XXL (M65 thread).

Characteristics:
