Main features short:
Highly flexible
Proven Quality
age resistant
Application areas:
For insulating, filling and isolating window connections, roller shutter boxes, wall connections, pipe penetrations, wall penetrations, cavities, refrigerated trucks, cold rooms and loft conversions
Hints:
More information at www.bti.de/rundumsfenster , www.bti.de/emicode , . www.bti.de/fensterdaemmung and www.bti.de/montagesystem-hst
Processing instructions:
The substrate must be stable and free from dirt, loose parts, oils, grease and release agents. Moisten adhesion surfaces with water. No adhesion on PE, PP, PTFE and silicone. Porous, absorbent substrates such as e.g. Sand-lime brick, gypsum walls and aerated concrete should be pre-treated with Primer S150 Porous (Art. No. 9 057775). Screw the can firmly into the gun with the valve pointing upwards and shake vigorously for at least 30 seconds with the gun screwed on. Only fill gaps or cavities up to approx. 2/3 with foam as the foam expands. Spray fresh foam with a little water to improve cell structure, hardening and yield. Contamination from fresh foam can be removed with BTI Foam Cleaner. Hardened foam can only be removed mechanically. Avoid direct skin and eye contact. Processing is carried out with the assembly gun SP1 eco or SP1 pro black (M65 thread).
Characteristics:
Highly flexible, fine-cell PU premium foam. Even high component movements are permanently and sustainably absorbed. Approx. 3 times more elastic than standard PU foams. Almost no foam tears, therefore no reduction in heat and sound insulation and no uncontrolled water ingress into the joint
Proven Quality . Joint sound insulation, water vapor and air permeability as well as increased movement absorption tested by ift Rosenheim. Building material class and thermal conductivity tested by MPA Leipzig and Hanover
Resistant to ageing, rot-proof, but not UV-stable
Excellent adhesion to all common construction substrates
Can be processed with most commercially available assembly guns
