For strength class 100: Danger of hydrogen embrittlement: With galvanic coatings on high-strength parts with a tensile strength of 1000 N/mm² (e.g. 10.9, 12.9) and spring-hard parts with a hardness of 320 HV or more, the risk of hydrogen embrittlement (risk of brittle fracture) cannot be ruled out with certainty - see Technical information
Processing instructions:
There is no need to use spring washers, lock washers or wave washers, as locking teeth secure the screw connections
The securing element and screw are made of one piece
The locking teeth block the internal loosening torque in the loosening direction
