Hints:
Cooling and lubricating with BTI drilling and cutting oil significantly increases the service life of the cylinder saws. Please note the recommended speeds for the different materials

Processing instructions:
Always use the machine with an auxiliary handle. Always work without impact. Use a center drill with a length of 105 mm (9 094887 / 9 094888). wear protective gear
Characteristics:
Tool-free quick-change system for cylinder saw and center drill. Faster, easier, more effective than conventional systems where the adapter and cylinder saw have to be screwed together
The use of hard metal teeth results in a significantly longer service life. Up to 20 times longer service life compared to all bi-metal cylinder saws
Carbide teeth welded on individually. Suitable for almost all materials and also with very good heat resistance
Usable depth doubled from 30 mm to 60 mm compared to conventional cylinder saws (orange version).
The center drill can be used as an ejector for the drill core. To do this, loosen the cylinder saw from the adapter and press out the core with the center drill
4 different quick change adapters available
2 different center drills available. HSS ground in Ø 7.15 mm x length 105 mm for all standard applications (exception: drilling in masonry). Centrifugal drill with carbide cutting edge in Ø 8.5 mm x length 105 mm for use in masonry
Suitable for all cordless and corded drill drivers
Scope of delivery:
The scope of delivery only includes the respective HM cylinder saw (without adapter, without center drill). The respective adapter and the center drill (length 105 mm) according to the material to be processed must be ordered separately
