The combination ladder can always be extended to its full height. Sitting, standing or climbing on the combination ladder is only permitted if it is fully extended and correctly set up as a free-standing stepladder with the strap stretched.
Do not use the ladder for work in dirty environments or work that produces dirt. If the ladder is used for bricklaying, concrete or painting work, cleaning may become difficult over time, affecting the telescopic function. Avoid dents in the aluminum profiles, as these negatively affect the telescopic function.
Each time you use it, check that both locking levers are in the locked position for each rung. . When closing the ladder, do not place your hands on or between the rung sections due to the risk of crushing.
