Processing instructions:
Drill hole according to specification. Press the metal part together parallel to the plastic tabs and push into the drill hole until the metal part folds over. Then lash the clamping ring down to the substrate (panel building material). Break off both plastic tabs. Screw the metric screw into the dowel through the component to be fastened.
