Processing instructions:
Substrates must be dry (residual moisture in concrete in the upper 2 cm 5%), stable and free from adhesion-reducing substances and must be prepared accordingly. The primer recommendation must be observed. Prime only at substrate and ambient temperatures of at least +5 °C. It is to work with falling temperature. If the dew point is not reached, a film of moisture with a separating effect can form on the surface to be treated (DIN 4108-5 Tab. 1). When installed, the surface temperature must be 3 K above the dew point. Remove the kneading bag from the aluminum outer packaging. Pull the rubber cord separating the two components downwards so that components A and B can mix together. Now knead the kneading bag for about 1 minute to create a homogeneous, streak-free primer. To avoid mixing errors, the mixture is repotted and stirred again.
