Permanently elastic Tacolit adhesive and sealant

Application areas:
For a wide range of bonding and jointing in the construction and metal industries; also suitable for dynamically stressed, vibrating constructions and expansion joints; for bonding BTI window tapes and BTI diff tape EPDM; for sealing and bonding in kitchens, cold rooms and areas intended for food.

Processing instructions:
The adhesive surfaces must be clean, stable and free of grease and dust. When gluing surfaces, apply the adhesive beads vertically-parallel with a minimum distance of 5 cm (about 2 thumbs wide) to enable rapid curing. When pressing, maintain an adhesive gap of at least 2 - 3 mm. If necessary, additionally secure or clamp the materials to be bonded mechanically. When grouting, smooth the joints with BTI smoothing agent before the skin forms. Before each application, carry out individual preliminary tests on the adhesion and load-bearing capacity of the bond.
Pre-treat porous substrates with Primer S 150.
