Processing instructions:
Do not exert strong pressure, only work with the machine's own weight. Increased pressure does not result in any significant work progress, but greatly increased wear, and there is a risk of the disc becoming blunt or the segments annealing (blue discoloration of the main blade). Do not tilt or jam the cutting disc, otherwise there is a risk of segment breakage. When cutting dry, take a cooling break of 10 seconds every 20 seconds (exception: CoolMax discs). Always choose the disc according to the material to be cut. Observe the correct number of revolutions according to the machine manufacturer's specifications.
