Hints:
The bore of the diamond cutting disc must match the diameter of the machine holder
Discs with unbalance or lateral runout lead to strong vibrations and must not be installed
The flanges and the cutting disc shaft must be absolutely clean of rust, saw sludge, etc. It is advisable to clean them from time to time with fine emery cloth
The cutting disc must always be attached to the shaft adapter or the cutting disc holder seat of the machine, but must never be attached to the thread
The contact surface of the flanges must be free of burrs and notches, as this would cause a lateral runout in the disc when clamped. If necessary, the flange should be equalized with a fine file
The arrow on the disc shows the direction of rotation

Processing instructions:
Do not apply strong pressure, only work with the machine's own weight. Increased pressure does not result in any significant work progress, but it does result in significantly increased wear, and there is also a risk that the disc will become dull or the segments will burn out (blue discoloration of the master blade)
Do not tilt or jam the cutting disc, otherwise there is a risk of segment breakage
When dry cutting, allow a cooling break of 10 seconds every 20 seconds (exception: CoolMax discs)
When wet cutting, there must be enough coolant available to optimally rinse out the grinding sludge
Always choose the disc according to the material to be cut
Observe the correct number of revolutions according to the machine manufacturer's instructions
Wear safety glasses and hearing protection
