Main features short:
Pre-assembled sealing washer (Ø 44 mm)
Fastening without thermal bridges
Made of high quality nylon
Application areas:
Perfect solution for attaching light components such as mailboxes, signs, lamps and downpipes to substrates such as thermal insulation composite systems (ETICS), polystyrene panels, wood fiber insulation panels (pre-drilling: 13 mm), rigid foam panels, polystyrene panels and Heraklith panels
Hints:
The length of the isod anchor must not be cut!
Further information at www.bti.de/duebelundankertechnik and. www.bti.de/duebelauszugstrie
You can access the calculation software at www.bti.de/duebelrechner
Processing instructions:
Screw the spiral dowel directly into the insulation (with or without plaster) without pre-drilling. Use a socket wrench insert or SW 17 wrench as a setting tool. The special threaded pin is screwed into the dowel using a bit TX 25 or hexagonal bit SW 13. The component can now be attached to it. The use of any set screws is also possible.
Characteristics:
Made of high quality nylon. Good drilling properties in plaster. Very weather resistant
Fastening without thermal bridges
Pre-assembled sealing washer (Ø 44 mm). Sealing disc made of cellular rubber, weather-resistant. Seal made of foamed EPDM, glued on one side. No further sealing necessary
Sharp drill tip. As a rule, no pre-drilling is necessary (ETICS plaster = 7 mm). Low assembly effort
Deep threads. Good grip on the ground
Dowel dimension. Length 95 mm (for insulated facades from 100 mm). Ø28mm
Pre-assembled special threaded pin M 10. Easy to adjust up to 25 mm. With TX 25 drive and external hexagon (SW 13). Total length 60mm. Zinc flake coated (Dacromet - DC) or A2 stainless steel
