Application areas:
Loosens stuck injectors or glow plugs from diesel engines, spark plugs from gasoline engines or other severely seized, corroded, oxidized or coked engine parts
Product advantages:
Easy to remove stuck injectors or glow plugs. Extreme cooling of the corroded area down to -30 °C. Breaking up residue and corroded areas. Cold cracks improve penetration into rusted areas.
Reduces the risk of damage when dismantling engine parts. Strong penetration of the thinnest cracks. Penetrates rust, carbon residues and resins, displaces moisture. Improved lubrication thanks to PTFE particles
Mild on sensitive materials. Without added acids, resins or silicones
Processing instructions:
Remove any coarse dirt before applying the product. Shake can before use. Spray generously onto the area of the parts to be dismantled and leave to act for 5-10 minutes. Remove dissolved material with compressed air. Then spray generously and directly onto the fit of the cylinder head. Allow the active ingredient to take effect for 15-30 minutes. Then remove the injector nozzle. If injectors are still stuck, remove excess product with compressed air and repeat the process. In the case of extreme corrosion, allow the active ingredient to take effect overnight.
