Processing instructions:
Clean the surface with the Berner Plast-O-Fix cleaner and prepare the surface with the Berner Primer Plast-O-Fix. Allow the primer to evaporate for at least 5-10 minutes. Thermoplastics (PVC, PC, PMMA, etc.) can be primed with isopropyl alcohol (IPA). Other types of solvents may damage the surface. Make sure both chambers of the cartridge are open and not clogged. Attach the Berner mixing nozzle to ensure a 1:1 mixing ratio. Before starting the actual application, discard the first 5 cm. A correct mixing ratio is now ensured and the product is ready for use. For some repairs, using a reinforcing film on the back of holes and cuts may be beneficial. Contour films can help with modeling and shaping the adhesive. These films must be removed after curing
