Assembly adhesive solvent-free 310 ml, 1 KTU
Main features short:
Fast initial adhesion
High ultimate strength
Very good stability
PDP Technical Attributes Sum:
Chemical basis: Acrylate dispersion | Temperature resistance: -20°C - +70°C
Application areas:
Hard bonding of heavy materials in the construction sector
Bonding of wall coverings, panels, skirting boards made of wood and PVC, insulation, decorative and acoustic panels, cable ducts on fiber cement, aerated concrete, chipboard, MDF boards and PU rigid foam, etc.
Bonding of concrete and wooden structures
Assembly of window sills and decorative parts made of PU rigid foam or polystyrene
Repair bonding of ceramic tiles
Product advantages:
Fast initial adhesion
High ultimate strength
Very good stability
Universally applicable
Hard, rigid connection, not weather-resistant, solvent- and silicone-free
Odorless and can be painted over with emulsion paints
After curing, resistant to moisture, very good adhesion to all common building surfaces such as Styrofoam, stone, plaster, etc.
good adhesion to metals, plastics, hard PVC
Hints:
Basis: 1-component acrylate dispersion
Temperature resistant: -20°C to +70°C
Processing temperature: +5 °C to +35 °C
Skin formation: approx. 15 minutes
Curing time: 24 - 48 hours
Final adhesive strength: 22 kg/cm² wood-wood 16 kg/cm² - wood-PVC
Building material class (DIN 4102): B2 Do not use on PE, PP, PTFE, silicone and bitumen.
The surface must be stable, clean, dry, free of dust and grease. We recommend an adhesion and compatibility test.
Processing instructions:
Part of the substrate must be absorbent. With non-absorbent materials, the initial adhesion is lower and curing takes longer. Apply glue to the parts as a strand or in dots. Maximum distance 15 cm. When gluing panels, place the dots in the corner and edge areas. Put together immediately and press firmly or tap firmly. The pressing force when gluing is decisive, not the duration of the pressing together. Any corrections must be made before pressing.
