Rubber-based stone chip and corrosion protection coating for bumpers, front and rear aprons, door sills, wheel arches and chassis
Suitable soundproofing material for wheel arches and chassis
Suitable for cars, trucks, buses or coaches
Product advantages:
Quick and easy application. Very fast skin formation and hardening. Good resistance to sinking. Suitable for oven drying at 60°C. Very good adhesion to a wide range of substrates
Very good mechanical properties. High rockfall and gravel protection properties. Scratch and abrasion resistant. Good sound insulation in the wheel arch and chassis
Good chemical resistance. Good corrosion resistance. Resistant to salt water, oils, weak acids and bases. Easy integration into existing workflows. Can be painted over with the most common 2K and base coat systems
Hints:
Do not apply to exhaust pipe, brake system or engine parts
Processing instructions:
Shake the can well before use. Surfaces must be dry, clean and free of dust, rust or grease. Use a compatible Berner spray gun with a pressure of 3 – 4 bar. Spray from a distance of 20 – 30 cm. Choose the spray distance based on the desired surface finish. Tools or contaminated surfaces can be cleaned with solvents. Process the product at an ambient temperature of +15 °C to +25 °C.
The product can be painted over after 1-2 hours with most common conventional 2K and base coats. When using a two-component paint, a plastic primer must first be used.
