All you need is 1 can or box and a gun, so you don't need to carry extra products. 1 can is enough for 40 m, which corresponds to 1 bag of powder of 25 kg each and ~12 liters of water. The preparation time for most powdered bagged products is at least 15 minutes and they require at least 24 hours to cure. The Berner X-treme adhesive foam is ready to use immediately and the product hardens after 15 minutes.

Hints:
If the surface is covered with a (hydrophobic) coating or other substance, the surface must be lightly sanded with an abrasive tool or sandpaper to increase overall adhesion
When bonding large areas such as drywall or OSB, the adhesive should cover = 5% of the adhesive surface. When gluing small decorative elements, the glue should cover = 50% of the gluing area
When gluing elements to the ceiling or vertical surface, the elements must be temporarily fixed until the desired adhesion is achieved
The recommended joint thickness is = 10 mm. If there are unevennesses of more than 1 cm, the surface must be leveled
If the can is too cold, it should be brought to room temperature, e.g. B. by immersing in warm water with a temperature of up to 30 ° C or at room temperature for at least 24 hours.
Avoid situations where the application temperature is lower than the can temperature.
It is recommended to use mechanical connectors and spacers
Before UV radiation e.g. B. protect with plaster or paint
Opened packs should be used within 1 week
The product does not adhere to polyethylene, polypropylene, polyamide, silicones and Teflon
Use Berner Gun Cleaner to remove uncured adhesive. Hardened adhesive can be loosened and removed mechanically (e.g. with a knife) or with Berner PU-Foam Fighter.
The adhesive should not be used in rooms without fresh air and poorly ventilated rooms or in places with direct sunlight

Processing instructions:
The surface should be stable, level, dry and free of dust, powder, oil and grease
Put on protective gloves
Shake the can vigorously (10-20 seconds, valve down) to mix the components
Screw the can onto the PU foam gun (working position of the can is “valve down”)
Apply the glue to the surface so that it forms a bead of the required diameter of 2-3 cm
Adjust application speed by controlling the gun trigger to maintain the required bead diameter
After application, wait 1 minute and put the elements together
The position of the glued elements can be corrected within a maximum of 5 minutes.
The full curing time is 24 hours. Once hardened, the adhesive can be easily cut, sanded, plastered or painted
