Hints:

Processing instructions:
The adhesive surfaces must be clean and free of grease and oil
Lightly moisten the surfaces with a spray bottle (by spraying)
The subsurface analysis must be carried out in accordance with current regulations. The surface must be stable, dry, clean, firm and level.
In strong winds, it is important to ensure that the lightweight flat roof adhesive does not contaminate surrounding objects, components or people
Screw the can firmly onto the gun thread and shake about 20 times with the gun held down. If there are longer interruptions, repeat the shaking process
When dispensing the adhesive, hold the gun as vertically as possible to maintain a distance of 1-2 cm between the gun nozzle and the substrate
Depending on the temperature and humidity, the insulation board or roofing membrane should be applied within 8 minutes and pushed firmly into the correct position
Repositioning the insulation board or unrolling the roofing membranes should be avoided, as this destroys the adhesive structure and greatly reduces the adhesive strength
In strong winds, the panels must be weighed down with a suitable weight. For trapezoidal steel roofs, the adhesive beads must always be applied to the top of the top cord.
At least 3 even adhesive beads with a diameter of at least 30 mm are required per m² of adhesive surface. The number of adhesive beads depends on the height of the building, the roof area, the edge and the corner area and depends on the region (wind zone) and the materials to be bonded
The correction period of the adhesive is approximately 10 minutes. This time may vary depending on the temperature and humidity range
