Application areas:
For bonding and laying facade insulation panels
Can be used for highly effective bonding and fastening of insulation panels made of polystyrene (EPS, EPS-P, XPS etc.), polyurethane foam (PUR/PIR) and mineral fibers to concrete, plaster and masonry. Also serves to fill joints between insulation panels.
Product advantages:
The most efficient method for gluing panels to the facade. No water, mixing and electricity like with mortar. Can be used for the socket area, but also for higher areas (B1, i.e. applicable at over 10 meters). Supports energy savings through good thermal insulation
Excellent product performance. Tested for thermal insulation, rain resistance and air loss. Does not dissolve, is waterproof, rot-proof, permanently elastic and can be plastered, painted or covered when fully cured. Very good structure and excellent adhesion
Certified high quality. Fire protection class B1. EC1 Plus certified
Hints:
Not suitable for PE, PP, PC, PMMA, PTFE, soft plastics, neoprene and bituminous substrates
Not suitable for permanent water load.
Not suitable for use (e.g. backfilling) in cavities with insufficient moisture.

Processing instructions:
Shake the can vigorously at least 20 times before use
The surfaces must be clean and free of grease and oil
Lightly moisten surfaces with a spray bottle
Apply the adhesive foam to the Styrofoam film on the contour, 5 cm from the edge and inside the contour, in successive cords with a distance of 30 cm between them. The recommended diameter of the cords applied with a gun is 10-12 mm.
Fix the Styrofoam panels in the final position within approximately 6-10 minutes before the adhesive cures
The Styrofoam panels at the bottom of the wall must be supported from underneath to prevent them from sliding off the wall until the adhesive cures and the panels are secured (5-24 hours)
Fill the spaces between the polystyrene sheets with glue to create effective insulation
In cold temperatures, allow the foam to warm at room temperature for at least one hour before use
Apply at least one vertical line of glue down the center of the panel
Apply within 2 minutes of applying the foam and place in the desired position. Irregularities can be corrected within a maximum of 10 minutes after bonding, depending on the ambient temperature (air and substrate).
Freshly applied foam can be removed immediately with the Berner PU universal cleaner.
