2K foam 400ml rotary vane, 1 DOS
Main features short:
Good adhesion to all substrates commonly used in construction
No moistening necessary
Pressure stable
Application areas:
Fastening of door frames, sealing of connecting joints on windows, assembly of wooden steps; Filling in large cavities such as under showers and bathtubs; model and mold construction
Hints:
Carefully warm cans that are too cold in a lukewarm water bath. Never heat above +50 °C, otherwise there is a risk of bursting. Cans that are too hot, e.g. B. from the vehicle in summer, cool accordingly in a cold water bath. Please refer to the current safety data sheet for further safety information.

Processing instructions:
The substrates must be clean, dry, stable and free of grease. Residual moisture in the masonry can cause swelling and deformation of the door frame. A primer coat of BTI Primer S100 PU (item no. 9 057776) is recommended for extremely absorbent substrates. Secure adjacent surfaces against dirt before starting work. Screw the included adapter tube onto the valve. Turn the rotary vane in the bottom of the can clockwise as far as it will go. Thus, the B component is open. Shake the can vigorously about 30 times with the valve pointing downwards so that the contents of the can are mixed well and the foam quality is optimised. Foam must be uniformly green. If not, repeat shaking. Do not wet adhesive surfaces. Foam cavities to about 80%, as the foam will still expand. Fresh foam stains can be removed with foam cleaner. Hardened foam can only be removed mechanically.
Characteristics:
Good adhesion to all substrates commonly used in construction, with the exception of PE, Teflon, silicone, oils and fats
Curing takes place independently of the humidity. No moistening necessary
Pressure stable. Can be used to fill large cavities such as under showers and bathtubs
No further pressing or shrinkage after reaching the spreading time
Resistant to aging and weathering, not UV-resistant
Propellant mixture without CFC, HCFC, FKW and HFC. Complies with the regulation on fluorinated propellants
