Processing instructions:
Adhesive surfaces must be stable, dry, clean and free of dust and grease. When gluing on porous substrates, pretreat them with BTI Primer S100 PU (Art. No. 9 057776). Align the components with spacers. There should be an expansion joint of 5 to 15 mm. Remove the component from the spacers and apply the foam with a 2K foam gun (item no. 9 015853) evenly in strands at a distance of approx. 8 to 10 cm to the substrate. Immediately place the component back on the spacers and apply a load of approx. 80 kg/m².
