Winter foam -20 °C, 750 ml, 12 DOS
Main features short:
Seasonal product, only available in autumn and winter
Workable down to -20°C outside temperature
Immutable and rot-resistant
Application areas:
For insulating, filling and isolating window connections, pipe penetrations, wall openings and cavities; even at very low temperatures down to -20°C
Hints:
This is a seasonal product and only available in autumn and winter.
Processing instructions:
The substrate must be stable and free from dirt, loose parts, oils, grease and release agents. Only moisten adhesive surfaces with water at temperatures above freezing point. At temperatures below freezing, moisten the foam after application or in the intermediate layers. The water must not form a single layer between the foam and the surface, otherwise it will not adhere. Porous, absorbent substrates such as e.g. Sand-lime brick, gypsum walls and aerated concrete must be pre-treated with BTI Primer S150 Porous (Art. No. 9 057775). Screw the can firmly into the gun with the valve pointing upwards and shake vigorously for at least 30 seconds with the gun screwed on. Cover substrates to avoid soiling. Contamination from fresh foam can be removed with BTI foam cleaner, hardened foam can only be removed mechanically. Avoid direct skin and eye contact with the foam. Processing with commercially available foam guns.
Characteristics:
Suitable for winter. Can also be processed at air temperatures down to -20 °C
Long range. 750ml can
Can be processed with most commercially available assembly guns
Immutable and rot-resistant
Good chemical resistance
